3. Approve Agenda
Suggested Board Action:
Motion by Kurt Stenberg, second by Mark Koland to approve the agenda as presented.
4. Discussion Items:
1. Goal Setting
Gary Lee from MSBA was present to guide the board and Superintendent McKeever
through the process of setting goals for each district. The boards were also asked as to
what they wanted Mr. McKeever to consider as their needs.
2. Superintendent Evaluation Process
Supt. McKeever came up with two goals for each district.
Tri-County:
1) School Finance as well as more knowledge on the facilities for future needs.
2) Personnel: Making sure everyone is adequately trained to do their jobs and to be sure everyone is doing what they are hired to do.
Greenbush-Middle River:
1) School finance is the first priority in getting the district our of SOD and to have a solid background in this area moving forward.
2) Aging facilities and a good knowledge of the age of all parts of the building along with maps to show the age of the roofs.
Another discussion point was to have Superintendent Develop a tool in which we could find out more information as to why a student leaves each respective district to open enroll elsewhere.

Things are going well, no other discussion items were presented.
