16. Motion to Re-Convene

Motion: To add agenda item 8b consider approval of quote to purchase shoulder machine repair parts.

Motion by: Commissioner Gillie

Second by: Commissioner Johnson

Motion carried.

Kittson County Assessor Alyssa Gustafson and Co-Assessor Jenny Koskela

Gustafson and Koskela presented information on methods used to assess properties in Kittson County along with record of sales. Gustafson presented information on homesteads and new construction completed in the unorganized townships of Klondike, McKinley, North Red River, and Peatland.  Gustafson asked the Board to review the listing and note any changes that needed to be made.

Motion: To approve the unorganized township report.

Motion by: Commissioner Gillie

Second by: Commissioner Jones

Motion carried.

 

Koskela presented two parcels in Klondike Township which were appealed by the Two Rivers Watershed.  The Watershed had submitted their 156EZ for review.  Upon review Koskela recommended to the Board to lower the values.  

Motion: To approve the two appeals

Second by: Commissioner Johnson
