1. Call to Order at 7:30 p.m.
ADMINISTRATION: Supt Larry Guggisberg, Sharon Schultz

2. Roll Call: Kurt Stenberg, Allison Harder, Joe Melby, Brandon Ignaszewski, SueAnn Wahl, Peter Kern. Absent: Brandon Kuznia

3. Listening Session

4. Recommendation to add items to the agenda from Board members to School Administrators

5. A motion was made by Peter Kern, seconded by SueAnn Wahl to approve the agenda of the April 17th, 2023, Regular Board Meeting as presented. Motion was unanimously approved.

6. A motion was made by Kurt Stenberg, seconded by SueAnn Wahl to approve the minutes of the preceding regular meeting of March 20th, 2023 as amended. Motion was unanimously approved.

7.1 A motion was made by Kurt Stenberg, seconded by Joe Melby to approve the payment of bills check #40150 through #40231 for a total of $160,539.07 and Purchasing Card electronic payments dated March 7th, 2023 and Electronic Funds Transfers as submitted.

Motion by Board member Brandon Kuznia and seconded by Brandon Ignaszewski to approve April 2023 donations to the school.

9.1 Staffing 23-34 School Year

Discussed openings and potential candidates.

10.1 Selection of Group Health & Hospitalization Insurance Carrier

Motion by Board member Allison Harder and seconded by Joe Melby to approve Public Employee Insurance Program as the vendor for group health and
hospitalization insurance for eligible teachers and the NW Service Cooperative as the vendor for group health & hospitalization insurance as the vendor for eligible Administrator, Supervisor, and 12 month employee small group H & H insurance

10.2 School Board Training facilitated by MN School Boards Association (MSBA)

10.3 Resolution affirming authorizing sale of “old” Strathcona School Site

School Board member Brandon Kuznia introduced the following Resolution and moved for its adoption:
