Badger is grateful to our custodial cleaning crew that dedicates themselves to maintaining the cleanliness and order of our schools. At our school we are very fortunate to have Foster Grandparent Volunteers. Many thanks to Grandma Bev Holm, Angel Houska and Grandma Paulette Christianson.

Meet Grandma Bev. This is the 9th year Bev Holm has served as a Foster Grandparent. She especially likes doing learning activities with the kindergarten class and working with the Accelerated Reading Program. Bev is a Badger School alumni.

Meet Grandma Angel. This is the first year Angel Houska has served as a Foster Grandparent. She loves interacting with the kids in the classroom and has devised an unique plan called Tuesday Terrific which encourages the students to be on their best behavior. Ask her how it works. She volunteers for 15 hours a week but puts in extra time during music programs. Kids make her happy. She says the staff is awesome and the Badger school family is wonderful. She was a former para at the school.
