MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Murray at 7:45 a.m. A quorum was determined.

Members Present: Raeya Hanson, Mark Koland , Steve Murray , Darcy Olson, Karrah Oliver, Denise Sollund Also attending: Superintendent Muckenhirn Members Absent: Holly Burkel

Chairperson Murray clarified the date and time of the meeting as Tuesday, June 11, 7:45 a.m.

Motion by K Oliver , second by D Sollund to approve the special meeting agenda as posted for Tuesday, June 11, 7:45 a.m. UC

Motion by K Oliver, second by R Hanson to approve the Master Contract between Independent School District #2358 and the Tri-County Education Association: Effective for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 School Years.
