MINUTES

The meeting was called to order, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, by Chairperson Steve Murray at 4:30 p.m.

Attending: Holly Burkel, Raeya Hanson, Mark Koland, Steve Murray, Darcy Olson, Karrah

Oliver, Denise Sollund

Absent: Raeya Hanson

Also Attending: Superintendent Muckenhirn

Motion by H Burkel second by D Sollund to approve the agenda as presented. UC

Motion by H Burkel , second by D Olson to approve the shared Superintendent Service

Agreement as recommended by the GMRTC Joint Powers Board and as presented. UC

Motion by S Murray second by M Koland to approve the superintendent contract with Mr. Kevin

McKeever for the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027, as recommended by the GMRTC Joint Powers Board. UC

Motion by K Oliver, second by H Burkel, to adjourn.
